Emergency dentist

We have a comprehensive emergency dental system in place at Birdgate Dental Practice in Pickering.

Daytime emergency services

Whether you have a lost filling, broken tooth, toothache or other tooth pain, abscess, broken dentures or other dental emergency we will see you whether you are registered with us or not (e.g new patients and holidaymakers) on the day you contact us (Monday - Friday).

All the dentists at Birdgate Dental Practice have a dedicated emergency session of at least 1 hour per day.

Evenings and weekends (and bank holidays)

We also provide emergency dental care to our registered patients on evenings and weekends. This is for treatments which cannot wait until the next daytime session - for example extreme pain, swelling, infection or bleeding and trauma.

Implant patients

We give implant patients a dedicated number, which they can call out of hours with any problems and queries along with emergency advice and care. We also have a dedicated implant co-ordinator to help during office hours.

Denture repairs

We can arrange repair of your denture within 24 hours or less.
